No Lie

Life borders on the cliché
So why keep drinking Cabernet?
Instead drink Syrah or Pinot Noir

Style and structure are human imposed
But the ocean’s floor is undisclosed
(By the waves we see)
So why not sleep on moire?

Cinemas are packed with action movies
In reality divulge no truth, just men with Uzis
Let’s watch a comedy about bread

Downtrodden, I’ll keep it short
And my wish isn’t to cause alert
But someday you will die

Facts of Life; Act Accordingly
